• Contacting customers at their home or   place of business.
• Collect full or partial payments
  and provide the customer a receipt.
• Make payment arrangements with   customers per utility policy.
• Obtain telephone numbers from
  customers when required.
• Leave notices for disconnection.
• Use appropriate codes to report
  field activities.

• Deposit cash at designated locations.
• Complete cash listing and note   account number on check.
• Turn on electric, and water
  service.
• Shut off electric, gas and water
  service.
• Install high security (Fort Knox) locks   on energized electric meters.
• Install service extenders on
  residential electric meters.
• Install pin locks.
• Replace meters.
